I opened Ocean’s Echo Reiki & Wellness in 2016 after several years of personal tragedy and loss. In 2015, I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga and then Reiki, both of which seemed to move easily from one practice to the other. Through these two practices, I was able to evolve in my process of grief, which has assisted me in receiving greater understandings, strengths, and skills to serve others on their individual journeys. Reiki made sense upon introduction and provided a pathway for me to channel my gifts and support others. Reiki provided clarity and security of my empathic sensitivities, which helped empower and push me to learn more in the field of holistic healing. I am certified as a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master/Teacher, Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner and Yoga Instructor (500HR CYT). My commitment to growth in my practice led me to Thailand in January 2024. In Chiang Mai, Thailand, I expanded my knowledge, understanding and techniques in Thai Yoga Bodywork under Master Therdchai "Mac" Chumphoopong at The Fine Art of Thai Massage. For my practice, the healing modalities of Reiki, Thai Bodywork and Yoga provide the three pillars of Ocean’s Echo that ebb and flow to support myself, my clients and my students.

In its infancy, as I offered Reiki to friends and family for practice and group meditation programs, I began using essential oils. Diving deep into the properties and benefits of each oil, I began to blend them for the specified purpose of enhancing the experiences of my clients. Today, there is a full product line under the Ocean’s Echo Reiki & Wellness label. Each bottle is hand-blended, individually, to ensure consistency and quality, using only the highest-grade materials.

As I continue to evolve through education and personal experiences, so does my business. My passion, and the heart of my business, is to share love and expand the practice of loving by offering opportunities for intimate connections in all levels of existence-mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetically. I believe that through God’s love, we gain self-love, the love of and by others, and the pathways to demonstrate love. And love allows us to effectuate profound positive change in the world.
