"It's like getting a massage for your soul."- Ocean's Echo Reiki & Wellness client. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Lanette includes all Reiki and Shamanic techniques and tools at her disposal to provide personalized sessions for each client. While Lanette is not a licensed therapist, a portion of time spent with her consists of talk therapy. A dialogue at the beginning of each session provides Lanette greater insight into the wants and needs of her clients, as well as conditioned behaviors that may be playing a role in where a client is, versus where he/she intends to be. At the conclusion of each session, she offers energetic coaching based on blockages and weaknesses that may be found and the initial conversation. Includes Energy Integration Coaching check-in, two days after session. Lanette loves, nurtures and supports her clients' journeys as they unfold through an unwavering dedication to their overall growth, health and well-being. Reiki Therapy Session are available in 1-hour, 90-minute and 120-minute sessions.
